Our Community Forum Mission

As we approach the milestone of 2,000 users within our Practical CSM community, we recognize the growing need for a platform where our members can connect, communicate, and collaborate. In the past, we ventured to create such a space with the Success Hub, but admittedly, we underestimated the resources required to sustain such a large-scale project.

Today, we're excited to announce a new beginning. We believe that the Practical CSM membership should not only be a source of professional development but also a hub for all your customer success-related queries and discussions. To this end, we've taken a step forward by updating the Dashboard and introducing a community forum.

This forum is our starting point towards building a more interconnected community. It's a space where you can share knowledge, engage in discussions about customer success topics, and grow together with peers who share your passion and challenges.

Your participation is key to the success of this forum. We encourage you to dive in, start conversations, share insights, and help us shape this into a valuable resource for everyone involved in customer success.

We are also keen to hear from you about any additional features or improvements you would like to see on our website. Our development team is committed to enhancing your experience and will be rolling out new features as we allocate internal resources.
