Level 5
How CPD keeps you at Level 5
Customer Success moves fast, and Level 5 shows employers your skills are current, not just a test you passed years ago. It is the step from certified to recognized senior practitioner. And it is earned, not bought: once you have passed Level 4, completing 40 CPD hours within a year holds your CCSMP Level 5 for that cycle. Each year is its own certificate with its own evidence URL, the latest is shown, and every past cycle is preserved. CPD all-access is how you do the hours, on whatever path your career is taking.

Questions
CPD questions, answered
No – anyone can join CPD all-access to keep learning, no certification required. The one exception is Level 5: to put your CPD hours toward holding CCSMP Level 5, you first need to have passed Level 4. So if the credential is your goal, start with the certification; if you just want the library, jump straight in.
Level 5 is earned, not bought. Once you have passed Level 4, completing 40 CPD hours within a 12-month cycle holds your CCSMP Level 5 for that year – proof to employers your skills are current, not just a test you passed once. Each cycle is its own certificate with its own evidence URL, and every past cycle is preserved, so you build a track record over time.
Broadly. Every course you complete and every live event you attend with us adds hours, and you can self-certify CPD you do elsewhere – a conference, a webinar, a book or internal training all qualify. Log it as you go, and it builds toward the 40 hours that hold your CCSMP Level 5 each year.
56 today and growing, organised across the ten areas of the Customer Success role, each course with its own certificate. New courses are added over time, you can follow a structured path or pick exactly what you need, and you can request topics we have not covered yet.
Not yet – today CPD all-access is a single annual membership ($187 for the year). A monthly plan is on the way, and like everything we do it will be straightforward: clear pricing, cancel any time. Want it sooner? Join the waitlist and we will tell you the moment it launches.
Yes – CPD all-access works for whole teams: give your people the full library and bring everyone up to a shared standard. On top of that, Team tools (an optional add-on, $97 per manager) lets a team leader see exactly where each person is, track progress and completion, and generate detailed reports – very handy and powerful, though not required to run CPD across a team.
