Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

  • The courses and certifications are provided by Practical CSM, Marek Malinowski (Company No. 147136286), located at Radiowa 14 lok. 11, 01-485 Warsaw, Poland.
  • By purchasing any courses or certifications, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Practical CSM, replacing any prior agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Course Access and Delivery

  • Access to online courses and materials will be granted within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
  • The “Training Start Date” is the date when the course access is provided. Practical CSM is not responsible for any delays caused by technical or third-party issues, though we will endeavor to resolve them swiftly.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase, provided that the customer has accessed less than 5% of the course content. Practical CSM reserves the right to verify the course progress before processing refunds.
  • Refunds will not be granted after course access has exceeded 5% of the total course content.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Practical CSM reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, or schedules. However, any substantial changes will be reviewed and approved by the Certification Oversight Committee to ensure alignment with certification standards and customer expectations. Customers will be notified in advance of significant changes that may affect their learning experience.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Practical CSM Marek Malinowski and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the materials will result in legal action.
  • Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for their personal educational purposes only.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
  • If any provision in this contract is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
